These terms cover your use of Trake.app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
Trake.app renders a music track into a video inside your browser. Free use exports watermarked clips of up to 30 seconds. A Pro subscription removes the watermark and the length limit.
You keep all rights to the audio, images and video you load, and to the videos you export. We claim no ownership and no license over any of it — which is straightforward, since none of it ever reaches us. You may use your exports commercially.
You must own or have permission to use every track, image and video you put into the app. Using someone else's music without their permission is your responsibility, not ours. Because your files never leave your browser, we have no way to see, review or moderate what you load — and no way to act on a complaint about it. If you do not hold the rights to a track, do not export it and do not publish it.
Pro is sold by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. They handle payment, invoicing, tax and refunds, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt, and you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
Your license key is for your own use. Each browser you activate uses one activation slot. Do not publish or share your key — a key found to be shared may be disabled.
The app is provided "as is". Video export relies on browser features (WebGL2 and WebCodecs) that not every browser or device supports, and the app tells you up front when yours cannot export. We do not promise it will be available uninterrupted, or that an export will always succeed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost time or lost revenue — keep your original files.
We may change the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
